1. REFUND POLICY
 

At Factory Studio, we are committed to your satisfaction and success. We understand that plans can change and unforeseen circumstances may arise. Below is our refund policy, designed to be fair to both our clients and our business.

 

Consultation Services:

 

Full refunds are available for consultation services if canceled at least 48 hours before the scheduled consultation date.

 

If cancellation occurs less than 48 hours before the scheduled consultation, a 10% cancellation fee will apply.

 

No refunds will be issued for cancellations within 24 hours of the scheduled consultation.

 

Project-Based Services:

 

For project-based services, a non-refundable deposit of 50% is required to commence work.

 

If the project is canceled by the client before completion, the client is responsible for payment of all work completed to date at the agreed-upon rate. Any excess of the initial deposit will be refunded.

 

If Factory Studio is unable to complete the project due to unforeseen circumstances, a full refund of the deposit will be provided.

 

Subscription Services:

 

Subscription services can be canceled at any time, but a refund will not be issued for the current billing cycle.

 

Refunds for future billing cycles will not be issued once a cancellation request has been processed.

 

Custom Services:

 

Due to the nature of custom consultancy services, refunds cannot be provided once work has commenced. We strive to work closely with our clients to ensure satisfaction throughout the process.

 

General Terms:

 

All refund requests must be submitted in writing via email to info@factorystudiotx.com.

 

Refunds will be processed within 14 days of the request being approved.

 

Factory Studio reserves the right to modify this refund policy at any time.

 

 
2. DELIVERY POLICY

Delivery Timeline:

 

Upon agreement of services, a detailed timeline will be provided to the client, outlining key milestones and expected completion dates.

We strive to meet all deadlines and deliver our services on or before the agreed-upon dates. However, should unforeseen circumstances arise that could delay delivery, we will communicate this promptly to the client with an updated timeline.

Communication:

Regular updates will be provided to the client regarding the progress of the consultancy services.

Clients are encouraged to communicate any concerns or changes in their needs as soon as possible to ensure timely delivery of services.

 

Digital Delivery:

 

Whenever applicable, consultancy reports, documents, and other deliverables will be sent via email or a secure online portal.

Clients will be notified immediately upon the completion and delivery of any digital materials.

Physical Deliverables:

 

For services requiring physical deliverables, clients will be informed of the shipping method, estimated delivery time, and tracking information (if available).

Factory Studio is not responsible for delays in delivery caused by external factors such as shipping carrier delays or customs processing for international deliveries.

Client Responsibilities:

Clients are responsible for providing timely information and feedback necessary for the delivery of consultancy services.

Any delays in client responses may impact the delivery timeline.

Feedback and Adjustments:

We welcome feedback on our deliverables and are committed to making reasonable adjustments to meet our clients’ satisfaction.

 
3. RETURN POLICY
 
At Factory Studio, we pride ourselves on delivering high-quality consultancy services tailored to the unique needs of our clients. We understand, however, that there may be instances where our services do not meet the expectations of our clients. Below is our return policy, which outlines the conditions under which returns and adjustments to services can be made.

 

Service Satisfaction Guarantee:

 

We offer a satisfaction guarantee on all our consultancy services. If you are not fully satisfied with the service received, please contact us within 48 hours of service delivery to discuss your concerns.

 

Our team is committed to working with you to address any issues and to find a satisfactory resolution, which may include service adjustments, partial refunds, or a full refund, depending on the specific circumstances.

Conditions for Service Returns/Adjustments:

Requests for returns or adjustments must be made within 48 hours of service completion.

To qualify for a return or adjustment, clients must provide a detailed explanation of the issue and how the service did not meet the agreed-upon objectives.

Returns or adjustments will be considered only for services that have not achieved the primary goals outlined in the service agreement, and not for changes in client preferences or circumstances beyond our control.

Process for Requesting a Return/Adjustment:

1. Contact our customer service team at info@factorystudiotx.com with your request, including your name, service details, and the reason for the request.

2. Our team will review your request and may contact you for further information.

3. We will provide a response to your request within 48 hours, outlining the next steps or the resolution to your issue.

Please Note:

Factory Studio reserves the right to deny return or adjustment requests that do not meet the conditions outlined in this policy.

Decisions regarding returns and adjustments are at the sole discretion of Factory Studio and are made on a case-by-case basis.

4. CANCELLATION POLICY
 

 

At Factory Studio, we understand that schedules can change and unforeseen circumstances may arise. Our cancellation policy is designed to be transparent and fair, ensuring that both our clients and our consultancy can manage changes efficiently.

 

Cancellation Notice:

 

Clients are required to notify Factory Studio of any cancellations at least 48 hours in advance of the scheduled service or meeting.

 

Cancellations should be made via info@factorystudiotx.com, and a confirmation of cancellation will be provided by Factory Studio.

 

Cancellation Fees:

 

Cancellations made more than 48 hours in advance of the scheduled service will not incur any fees.

 

Cancellations made less than 48 hours before the scheduled service will incur a cancellation fee of 10% of the agreed service fee.

 

No-shows or cancellations made less than 24 hours before the scheduled service will be charged the full service fee.

 

Rescheduling:

 

We understand that conflicts can arise. Where possible, Factory Studio will accommodate rescheduling requests without additional charges, provided that notice is given at least 48 hours in advance.

 

Rescheduling is subject to availability and may require adjustment of the originally agreed service timeline.

 

Refunds:

 

Cancellation fees are non-refundable. In the case of advance payments, the balance, after deducting the cancellation fee, will be refunded within 14 days.

 

For services paid but not commenced, a full refund will be provided if cancellation notice is given according to the terms above.

 

Exceptions:

 

Factory Studio may consider exceptions to this policy on a case-by-case basis for extenuating circumstances. Clients are encouraged to discuss their situation with us directly.
